City & Guilds Accreditation Course – Ten Days £638.30 inc C&G fees + vat
The C & G certificate is nationally recognised and will be of a particular benefit to persons setting up their own business or seeking employment in the bicycle trade. If this is not your intention it will at least give you the confidence and ability to do all your own work and so save money. The cost of the course could well be returned very quickly by not having to pay others to do it for you. The course and assessments are based on two weeks of five days each. The first week is a combination of written and practical work where you will learn quick and efficient methods of bicycle repair along with notes that we will give to show precise shortcuts to identifying and rectifying mechanical problems. The second week is all practical work giving you valuable experience of all the situations that may arise in building or repairing a bike. The various tests will take place during the second week when we, as the assessors, consider you competent and you yourself feel confident.
Students who may have attended a previous course or enrolled for our ‘standard’ one week course may attend the second week at a later time for the intention of attaining the C & G certificate.
Following a successful assessment you will receive your certificate and accreditation issued by the City & Guilds of London Institute. Course content -Introduction to and full use of workshop tools of the trade. |
